Confirmation
You will receive a booking confirmation by Text or Email/Message from us within 24 hours
Step 3
Payment
Any outstanding Payments taken on the day of hire by Chip & Pin card reader/contactless payment & Cash at your door or Bank transfer.
Secure your date for just £10 booking deposit non-refundable taken off the total on the day.
Step 4
Delivery or Collection
Kent Mascot Party Hire now offers a delivery service Nationwide in the UK outside of our local working area. We can arrange to have a Mascot delivered and collected for £20.
Any outstanding Payments taken on the day of hire. We accept all major credit & debit cards as well as contactless payments on your doorstep with our SumUp card reader.
Delivery charges between £5 & £10 within our delivery zone or free collection.
A refundable damage deposit of £25 for each standard mascot &
£50 for premium mascots is required. This is to be taken on the day of hire and returned on collection of mascot.
£50 - £100 Refundable damage deposit is required for each mascot outside of our working area. This payment will be due before mascots are sent out for delivery and refunded on return of the mascot undamaged and returned within the hire period.
You will need to bring a form of Photo ID eg Driving Licence/Passport & Proof of address eg utility bill/bank statement is required for collection from us.& You will be asked to sign a Hire agreement this is required to be signed by the hirer.
